About the Journal
The ISEARC Journal of Islamic Socio-Economic Studies (IJISES) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Islamic Socio-Economic and Research Consortium (ISEARC). The journal provides a platform for the dissemination of scholarly work that examines issues situated at the intersection of Islamic jurisprudence, socio-economic theory, public policy, and sustainable development.
IJISES accepts original research articles, conceptual papers, and critical reviews that engage with Islamic legal and ethical perspectives in relation to economic and social phenomena. The journal prioritizes methodological rigour, theoretical clarity, and relevance to contemporary discourses in Islamic socio-economic studies.
Scope of the Journal
The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following areas:

IJISES is published twice annually. Submissions are accepted in English, Arabic, and Bahasa Indonesia. All manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process and must comply with the journal’s editorial and ethical guidelines.
